Caprial & John's Kitchen: Cooking for Family and Friends was produced by Oregon Public Broadcasting and Caprial and John, Inc. The series features 26 episodes filmed at the Pences' International Cooking School in Portland, Oregon. The series includes family-based themes such as A Neighborhood Barbecue, Cooking with Your Kids, and Family Birthday Parties. They also focus on technique by teaching skills needed for braising, pasta making and sauce preparation. Plus,they will share their professional secrets in programs such as Think Like a Chef.
Lively location sequences will take viewers to a number of exciting Oregon locations such as the abundant Willamette Valley vineyards, Portland's colorful farmers' market, unique Asian groceries, and chic bakeries.
Time is also spent at Caprial and John's home, where surrounded by their own family and friends; they will create fun-filled festive gatherings.
