We will tailor a private party to perfectly meet your needs, whether you want to gather with a group of friends for a private cooking class, entertain business clients, hold a meeting, or host a special dinner.
Custom Classes Available
Looking for a unique way to entertain or a perfect corporate teambuilding venue? The Kitchen has the answer. Book a private hands-on class and prepare yourself to roll up your sleeves and work alongside the instructors preparing a menu that has been created to appeal to your group. We have designed these classes, which are limited to 16 students, to showcase a range of cooking techniques that you will put to good use in your own kitchen for years to come. The classes conclude with a family-style meal complete with wonderful wines to accent your culinary creations.

Join Resident Chef Lisa Lanxon in the fight against breast cancer. 5% of Chef Lanxon's class fees for the January-April culinary term will be donated to Providence Cancer Research Center. Donations are tax deductible.
The Kitchen now offers knife-sharpening services. Drop off your kitchen knives and we will sharpen them for twenty-five cents and inch. Purchase your knives from our kitchenware shop and receive complimentary sharpening services for the life of your knife.
Join Caprial and John for an Evening with the Winemaker class. At these cooking classes and evenings with the winemaker in one, you will learn all about preparing an exquisite dinner that sets the stage for the remarkable wines of the guest winemaker. As with all of our demonstration classes, Caprial and John will prepare a menu which they have carefully created to accentuate the evening's wines. As you try each course, you will hear the story of the accompanying wine selection-and who better to do so than the person who made it? The informal venue encourages you to ask questions and share your observations, providing all the inspiration needed to create your own memorable wine dinner at home. To sign up for Caprial & John's Bridal Registry, visit us Monday-Saturday, 11:00 am- 6:00 pm, and we will gladly help you with this easy process. You can also request gift certificates that can be used for retail merchandise or classes.
