Utilizing the freshest local ingredients Caprial's Westmoreland
Kitchen celebrates Northwest cuisine with passion and soul.
The talented staff that includes Executive Chefs
and Owners Caprial and John Pence who turn
out an acclaimed menu of ethnically influenced seasonal
Northwest cuisine. The menu offerings are revised monthly
to reflect seasonal changes and the artistry of the chef.
In addition, daily specials are also offered.
Caprial and John Pence opened Caprial's Bistro in 1992
as a cozy 26-seat restaurant. A major remodel in 1998 transformed
the Bistro into a 72-seat restaurant with an open kitchen,
a full bar, and a private dining room perfect for special
events and intimate cooking classes.
The restaurant offers private rentals for both large and
intimate groups. Take advantage of our wireless
internet connection during your private function.
